This jacket will keep you warm.
Really functional jacket. It’s cozy and warm. It has a sturdy two way zipper and great pockets. The Sherpa lined hood and shoulders adds to the comfort and warmth. It’s very oversized so go down a size, you’ll still have room for layers. I also like the knee length which keeps me warm on cold winter walks in Wisconsin.

Great Coat!
My Mountain Classic Down Coat with sherpa lining is as good as advertised. It is very warm and stylish. I especially love all the conveniently-placed pockets to hold my gloves, keys, etc. The length is perfect, falling just at my knees. Having a hood is a bonus.

Warm and not too heavyweight, really cozy to wear. I had to size down from medium petite to small petite. Normally medium petitte is spot on for me, but it was to loose and boxy in medium. Only wish would be for a drawstring around hem on bottom or at waist to seal out air. Lots of compliments already and only have been wearing for a week or so.

Mountain Classic Down Coat Sherpa Lining a WINNER!
One of the best LLB purchases. I first purchased 1X, I am 5"7", 186 lbs, and wear Plus sized clothing.The CSR thought because this coat runs big 1X might be best. It was not quite roomy enough as I wear Plus 2X flannel shirt with 2X mock-turtleneck and sometimes with a sweater or vest under the coat. The center bottom-up zipper did not work well in the 1X since the zipper track was kind of wonky. The side zippers not great. I returned the 1X. Now I was very concerned as my old coat was unwearable and the snow, ice and cold temps were here. I spoke to a CSR-Supervisor who was Awesome. I ordered the same coat in Plus 2X and received it in 2 days as she expedited the shipment of this coat as I was without a coat! It arrived right on the 2nd day! The Plus 2X was the correct size with some room to spare and I can layer-up as much as I choose too. The zippers are all great and the ease of movement in this coat is remarkable. Love the sherpa lined hood and wearing a hat under the hood works well. While driving, the sherpa around my neck, with the hood off my head, my neck is cuddled in warmth. I chose the Nautical Navy which is gorgeous...none of that Bright Navy stuff. This coat has all the Bells and Whistles, with warmth, coziness, comfort, and, great ease of motion with side zippers, I'm so Happy. You also will be happy. I'm a Bells and Whistles kind of Woman!

You'll be snug
This wonderful coat was a replacement for a similar LLBean coat I've had for years - maybe 20-25 years. This new one, is as equally warm as the old one, a complete pleasure to wear for brisk winter walks, easy in & out of vehicles, perfect sizing so no bulky sweaters are needed. I love it!!!
