Super Comfortable and Warm Jeans
These jeans replaced my LLBean Fleece lined jeans which I’ve had for 30 years. The stretch in the fabric makes them super comfortable and the lining provides the same amount of warmth as fleece.

Odd design choices but really warm
I debated back and forth about keeping these after trying them on several time. The waffle fleece inner layer is attached in the seat and at the bottom of the leg, but not anywhere else it seems. When I put my leg into the pants the first time it got tangled in the fleece and I had to sit to work my foot through. All of the fleece liner was then bunched at the bottom of the leg, making the jeans really uncomfortable. A few tries later, and I could slowly get both legs through and the pants felt better. But odd. The pants are really thick due to the fleece which isnt bad but it takes getting used to. The stretchy jean fabric counters this effect a lot.
Cons
- the jeans are really stretchy which is great to counter the effect of the fleece. But, they slide down without a belt due to the stretch.

Overall be ready to be patient when you first try these on. But, probably not for everyone.

Wonderful
These are specialty pants intended to help keep you warm. They look nice, feel nice, are well made & do the job. Additionally, placement of the belt loops work with suspenders. Nice!

Save your $$$
Terrible purchase, lining is loose and when pulling jeans on the lining catches your feet and comes out, it cost me $36 for a tailor to sew the lining to the pant seams.

Be Aware: Fleece lining is 'waffle' fleece
My 12th-grade son needed some warm jeans. He is tall and thin; hard to shop for. These 'athletic fit' jeans work for him; they give a nice straight leg. He does need a belt, but the waist isn't horribly huge, so it is OK. My one note/critique is that I think for most of us the term 'fleece lined' conjures images of smooth, comfy fleece. But these jeans are lined with WAFFLE Fleece. This is hard to see unless you really zoom in on the photo and/or read the fine print. My son is fine with this, but I don't think I would have liked that grid feeling on my legs all day. So it is just important to be aware of this detail before purchasing. My son also likes the flannel-lined jeans. I bought one of each for him to compare, and he decided to keep both.

Good Fit, Maybe a little bit tight but Quite Warm, (just make sure not to wear on warm days as it can sometimes overheat)

These jeans are not athletic fit. They fit tight right through the thigs and hips and crimp my goods between the legs. I don't know what this company is smoking.
