Lightweight and easy to pack
I just love how lightweight yet warm it is. The medium fits perfectly on my 5'2" 123 lb. frame, allowing me to wear sweaters under it for a layer of added warmth. I packed it in my suitcase for a recent trip to NYC. Hardly took up any space. If I had had a vacuum bag, it would have been perfect.

Vintage Cool Jacket
I just love my jacket - feels like a throw back from That 70s Show! It's mid-weight warm, already washed and hung to dry and doing great. Go LL Beam keep these coming. True to size, I ordered a small and I'm 5'4" 135lbs, age 40-50 and the cream/stripes look like a jacket I had in the 70s/80s

Good jacket, back to zippered pockets, please
I needed to replace an older Bean jacket and did not want yet another black coat! It was nice to find this one (blue) that was about the same weight and style. Didn't want down, either, so this jacket fit the bill. Plenty of room for layering underneath, sleeve length just right, easy to zip. One drawback: I much prefer zippered pockets, not snap ones. My old jacket had zippered pockets. Much easier to close as snaps sometimes take two hands to secure, and with zippers, when it's closed, it's CLOSED! No need to worry that something will fall out of the open slits on either side of the snap. So I hope Bean goes back to zippered pockets on all their coats & jackets.

Warm and Comfortable
I bought this jacket to use while traveling to several extremely cold areas. I wanted something warm but light enough to wear several layers underneath without feeling like the Michelin Man. This jacket did the trick!

Great Fall jacket!
I really enjoy the light weight of the jacket and the vibrant colors. It’s perfect for fall weather…i get cold easily so I wouldn’t use it 40 degree weather.
