Old man's review
I have only needed to wear it one time so cannot give it a fair rating. It is not exactly the color I thought it would be but, that is alright. What I was shopping for was a sweater with a zipper front that I could wear with a jacket as all the doctors offices and the church are cold inside but a sweater could be added to cut the chill.

Great item.
Forgot I'd purchased the identical item several years ago. My 96 yr old father showed up wearing the orginal the same day the new one arrived! He had been storing it for when his favorite (also a Bean product) finally wore out. He loves the collar and pockets and wears to almost daily over a flannel shirt. Easily exchanged for another style which will likely go into storage, too.

not worth the price
I bought one last fall, warm. comfortable, but began to ball up after only a few months. Bean ain't what it used to be. Very disappointing. Not worth the price.

Just in time for the cooling temperatures!
Quality product! The workmanship is excellent. Sleeves come to my wrist (35”). Length is below my waist. Fits nicely over a long sleeved shirt, with or without a collar. It has not yet been washed but I seldom experience shrinkage of LL Bean clothes.
