Great Fit. Warm. Will the speed hooks hold up?
I purchased these boots one size larger than I normally wear; the fit is perfect and the boots are warm. I do have some concerns about how well the plastic speed hooks (used to lace higher on the boot) will hold up. Previous boots had metal speed hooks.

Hard to pull on
The boot is warm, comfortable and has a firm grip on all surfaces except on icy surfaces. My issue is it is hard to pull on. I have to remove the boot laces to the first 3 rings where the toes are. Each time I put the boots on it’s a tedious procedure. Then rather than putting the boot laces thru the remaining rings, I pull them around the ankle of the boot 2 times tying them as securely as possible. Getting the boot on and off should be easier. A wider ankle area might be a help.
l’m 5ft 9in and weight 117 pounds. I purchased 11 Medium.
