Fits the space as needed
This fits the space in our mudroom entry just the way we needed it to. This shade of blue is neutral enough to blend with the rest of the room without being bland. It created a longer runway for us to stomp the snow off of our boots this winter!
Love the tree pattern!

Why Did I Wait So Long???
I've considered buying one of these for my mudroom for years, but was hesitant because I liked the way my traditional throw rug looked. The trade off of aesthetics for utility was not an issue. It lopks great and works even better!!! It is just what the space needed for this never-ending winter.

Safety First + A Beautiful Look!
I've purchased two other Waterhog "Trees" mats before, so I've experienced their excellent water-absorbing properties. I purchased this Waterhog runner mat to place on the kitchen floor in front of the sink and dishwasher because I needed a mat that lies flat and wouldn't trip up my 85-year-old Dad when he loads the dishwasher, makes coffee in the morning, uses the kitchen sink and to quickly absorb the occasional spill. An ordinary "throw rug" used in this spot was treacherous for him. Also, the "Tree" theme echoes the beautiful Pinon Pines in our yard here in Colorado. I recommend Waterhog mats. They're worth every dollar you'll pay for one and they really do the job!

Great Doormat
Very nice heavy duty, durable doormat. We needed something wide to go in front of double French doors and this does the job nicely. The light brown color looks great with our timber porch beams, the small tree pattern is attractive. Another huge plus is that it is made here in the USA, so we’re supporting an American business.
This is our second water hog mat, so I know it will hold up to very heavy use.

Soaks up water like a sponge
Purchased this runner to be used in the garage, by an entry door. It worked great until I realized that it was soaking up the water on the garage floor from the nearby car. While the floor garage floor was bone dry, this rug was soaking wet. I then realized that this wasn't the proper application for this type on rug and returned it.
