why did they go away from sleeve and neck sizing? this way of sizing, S,M, L, XL... doesn't work for me. this is the only shirt i like and it use to come in other colors too.

Slightly fitted shirts
I like the shirt, but slightly fitted from L.L. Bean is too tight. But the regular fit is perfect. So three of the four shirts that I just ordered are too tight
