Ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous that only the duvet cover is included!!!! The pictures are truly misleading! Furthermore, the dhams/pillowcases ate nowhere to be ordered!

Very frustrating tried to order the supposed collection, does not come with the shams and cannot locate them anywhere in your shopping selections. I was told they are available but nowhere to be found. Also told you can do promotional codes 10% off first order plus your promotion Running to the 17th and it does not let me do that at checkout either.

Ripped seam upon arrival
Duvet cover showed up with a ripped seam. Must not be made like they used to. Had to print label return to DHL and re order if I want another one. A lot of work for a product that arrived faulty. So disappointing

Nice material, but recommendation
The material and pattern are very nice feeling and looking. LLBean, if you read this, and perhaps if other customers find it helpful, if you are selling a product, don't put a picture of what it is NOT included, which is then described in the the product details way below all the other information. I have bought LLBean comforter covers before, many years ago, and they came with the sham // things have changed. Not big deal, but why not mentioning it.
