Great but can't open expandable zipper
I really want to keep this item to match my son's backpack but I just can't get the outer zipper to open. Planning on returning and ordering another but since many are experiencing the issue I might just return.

Perfect Lunchbox for Teenage Son
My teenage son picked this out for himself and he loves it! The expandable feature is much needed! I did the monogram for him and it was the perfect touch! Would definitely recommend!

Great size but zipper flaw
Great lunchbox. The bigger size is necessary for older kids. However, the zipper to expand the lunchbox is incredibly difficult to manage. We always leave it on the “expanded” setting but if we had to go back and forth between the sizes this would not work at all. I think it would make more sense just to have two sizes of the lunchbox rather than have it be expandable. This is the 3rd of these I have purchased and they are all challenging to expand/reverse.
