The lunch box itself seems nice and the material feels durable, but I was disappointed with the monogram. There are several loose threads, uneven stitching, and stray stitches connecting the letters, which makes the embroidery look unfinished or not professionally done. I was expecting a cleaner, more polished monogram, especially since personalization is a big selling point. The lunch box is functional, but the embroidery seems like something that should’ve been caught in quality control. Don’t know that I’m confident buying again.
