good bag until wheel jammed
We used this bag for a month long travel in Europe. It worked very well with the multiple handles etc. Problem arouse when rock got jammed in the wheel housing and stopped the wheel. Within 50 metres or so the wheel had flattened on one side and when freed it no longer runs smoothly. When requested a replacement wheel none were available. Spare parrts should be stocked.

nice large bag
I have not used this bag as yet - it replaces a similar sized LL Bean bag that lasted many many years until the zipper failed - have high hopes that this oe will be even more reliable.

Rolling Gear Bag (large)
Replaced a large 30+ year old LL Bean roller bag that was starting to rip out. That bag is no longer available. This bag is shorter than my original, but ended up holding almost as much. My old bag often tipped over when full. This new bag has a reinforced base that keeps it from tipping. I needed a bag large enough for a 2 week getaway. This bag worked and kept me from “overpacking”. The 2 large compartments with zippered mesh coverings help to keep items well organized as compared to one large open space. It rolls easily and has multiple handles(straps) for lifting. I prefer “soft” luggage and it held up well on a recent trip. This size bag must be “checked”. It weighed about 32 pounds fully loaded. I recommend this bag.

Great Bag!
I used this bag for a 2+ week trip to Europe, including a 1-week cruise. I found it easier to keep everything separate than with any other bag I've had. Outer clothes/personal care kit in larger compartment, underwear etc. in smaller compartment. With the elastic bands and mesh, everything stays in place. This is also lighter than other bags I've had. Only question at this point is durability, because I will be using this bag for every trip from now on.

works well for Euro travel
Great design with both sides having a mesh cover. The 2 wheels handle long treks over rough streets. Outside front pocket should have double zippers so you can lock it. Inside of bag needs 1 or 2 pockets.

Pretty good, practical, check on bag
This bag performed as I expected on a 2 1/2 week bus tour of 3 Adriatic countries. I normally try to do carry on only, but with a lot of the new airline carry on size regulations, it turned out to be better to check a bag, and then be able to carry on a larger day pack than I would be allowed if I had brought a case to fit in the overhead of coach. I thought this would be manageable to wheel this from the bus to the centrally located hotels we stayed in. It definitely did that. It is light weight, rolls very easy. I realized that since I could check on a bigger bag than this, from now on I will probably use a hard side slightly larger spinner bag. It is all personal preference. This bag works fine, but in today's flying environment, I think a hard side case that can expand is the way to go. It seems spinner bags roll fine on cobble stone streets. This is great for that too! I just don't see the reason to get a soft sided bag that you know has to be checked anyway. Also, the outside pocket on this and my smaller Approach bag don't have a way to be locked. It seems stupid not to either make it a lockable double zipper or put some kind of D ring so the small pockets can serve a more useful purpose.
