Handles are not padded at all
I bought this a while back and thought I could overlook the fact that none of the webbed handles have padding. I have now flown with it as well as used it many times for car trips. Unfortunately, it is painful to carry up or down stairs, load in and out of the car, etc. I'm also not a fan of the two sections since it does not fit on hotel luggage racks comfortably. I will never again purchase luggage that does not have padding on the grab handles. Does it function? yes. Do I like the color? yes. Does it roll well? yes. I find myself reaching for the suitcase duck taped together (that it was supposed to replace) before this one.

Quality is down
We own several of the ll bean rolling duffles but our favorite suit case by far is the LL Bean adventure pro rolling suitcase. They don’t make this anymore so I’d hope this one would be comparable. Not even close. The quality of this one didn’t see as sturdy as most LL Bean bags. It seem rather flimsy so I sent it back. Hoping they bring the Adventure Pro rolling bags bag again! So functional and durable!
