A rare miss for LLBean
It's cute. It's warm. It's windproof. It's not shaped for the human head.
I have a smaller than average head size for an adult female, and this just barely fits me. It starts out the right size, but it gets too small too fast. It'll be great for very small people.

Not as ice as previous versions
I bought this Heritage Wool Windproof beanie to replace the one I bought several years ago. My old Bean hat had a smooth (non-textured) lining that came all the way to the inside edge of the hat, and it was the perfect winter head covering. This new one not only has a textured lining, it also leaves quite a bit of ribbed edge on the inside of the hat. And it is tighter than the older version. I really don't want an imprint of two textures on my forehead when removing the hat. Bummer. It's going back.
