The original fisherman's sweaters of the Aran Islands were knit with designs that told stories of a rich coastal heritage. Recently purchased this beautiful cotton sweater! Colors are stunning.( shades of blue) Very well made. Huge fan of LL bean sweaters. Their Signature sweaters are so very well made . I recently purchased one from a New England company it was pitful experience. I have some Bean sweaters that are 15 years old. My mom’s was 50 and that sweater was taken every where . Work, out to dinner, to her assisted getting out of living days . That cotton bean sweater and my mom grew old together. The bean sweaters are the best on the market. I have many as I am a cold natured Texan . If you are thinking about this sweater it is well worth the purchase.
