The original fisherman's sweaters of the Aran Islands were knit with designs that told stories of a rich coastal heritage. From good luck to a plentiful catch, special sentiments were represented in each and every stitch. The deepest green cardigan fits my 5 foot body
I was so disappointed they did not offer the green tree sweater in petite. Read a comment that it ran short. So I gave it a try and the body and sleeve length are perfect in the medium for my 5 foot, 120 pound body. A lot of taller people are going to be frustrated.

Really Nice Heavy Sweater
Good cotton is hard to come by these days, but this sweater is lovely and warm cotton! Even though I am 5 foot tall and weigh 100 pounds, I got the medium. I like bulky sweaters here in the mountains of Colorado! But it doesn't look overly big to me.I did have to roll the sleeves up once, but I usually have to do that on all my clothes. I'm very happy with my pine tree, pine colored sweater. I wouldn't be surprised if I get positive comments on it :)

Feels like an old friend - flattering w jeans.
I adore this sweater. I purchased a petite large with flowers and it is a flattering fit and pattern. It's become one of my favorites that I wear with jeans. My husband often compliments me wearing it. Just feels like an old friend. Highly recommend, buy!
