My husband bought me this in the teal print. I just received it and haven't decided if I will keep it. I realize the company saves money by not having buttons and button holes or zippers. However, if I wear a warm sweater, I don't want the front of my body cold! On the plus side, the teal print is pretty and the heavy cotton fabric is warm. I saw the other color in person at a Bean store and thought it very ugly! So I am still on the fence about keeping it.

Great quality!
This sweater is very warm and beautiful. It is better than the picture. I do not shop at LLBean often, most things are not my style. BUT, everything I have bought I still have, because the quality is great. My daughter is still wearing a leather coat I purchased at LLBean eight years ago!

Ugly Sweater Day
If you need a sweater for "Ugly Sweater Day," this is it. I ordered the brown color, and the dark brown and bland orangish/pinkish of the sweater just do not compliment each other well. As others have said, the sweater weight is very heavy, and "pulls" you down. I found the sizing to be on the small side as the sweater did not come together in the front enough for my liking. I ordered the "Petite Small" thinking that would be better on the length since it is a long-line sweater. But, maybe a "regular" would have been roomier in the bust line, and a better fit. For reference, I am 127, 5'1". I definitely would need to size up in this sweater--either a "Petite M" or a "Regular S." I don't recommend this sweater, overall, due to its heft and the unattractive pattern/coloring.

This cardigan brings me back! I purchased the brown (with dark coral pattern) for only $4.00 after applying Bean bucks. What a steal! This baby is HEAVY. All cotton. I washed it on the gentle cycle, and found that it did pill some, but not horribly. Break out the sweater shaver if you’re fussy like me. Though the care instructions read “dry flat,” I took my chances and tossed it in the dryer on low heat for about a half hour to PARTIALLY dry it. Drying it flat would have taken years. Luckily, I did go up a size to account for shrinkage, as it did shrink a bit.
I’m happy with this cardigan! So cozy, soft and warm. And colorful!

Very nice sweater
Originally purchased the regular and exchanged for a petite. I thought it looked better. I love that it's all cotton and it is very warm. Would like to see one made that is as good of quality and roomier with buttons.

Buy this sweater.
I liked everything about this sweater. The length is perfect. And, it is a heavy “coat like” sweater. It will be perfect to wear in Autumn in Pittsburgh.
I wish you offered more colors.
