Great fit
I waited to submit my review until I had the chance to wear these jeans and see how they fit after a wash and dry. I can report they fit just the same post-laundering as they did when I first tried them on. Way to go!

Fabric pills
these jeans are very comfortable, fit well, and hold their shape through the day. However, the inside of the fabric on the pants legs pilled, creating a rough surface that doesn't feel great. I was hoping for denim that would get soft and "buttery" as it aged.

Best jeans ever
I love these pants. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable for any occasion whether I am working in the yard or dressing up a darker pair to go out. I was so sad to hear that they are discontinuing them. I purchased two pair this time to make sure I have them for a while they last beautifully and feel very comfortable.

My favorite jeans
I love the BeanFlex straight leg jeans, however they appear to be discontinued and only available in Plus sizes now. I ordered a size up (normal size 10) because most reviewers said they run small, and the size 12's fit perfectly, just like a 10. These jeans hold their shape all day long. The fabric is very nice, and they wash and dry very well.

Comfortable Jeans
These jeans are comfortable with just the right amount of stretch, are just the color I was looking for and best of all they don't go baggy by the end of the day. I will echo others who suggest sizing up. I generally wear a Bean size 8, but had to size up to a 10. Just for reference, I'm 5'6", 138 lbs. and found the size 8s to be too tight.

Poor fit, but good quality
I had high hopes for these jeans, as almost all my favorite Bean jeans (especially Signature and ankle jeans) have been discontinued, but these fit very poorly. If you are petite (under 5'2), don't bother buying these unless you have a good tailor who can cut them down for you. They are way too long unless you plan to wear heels with your jeans. I also think they fit too tightly around the waist. That said, the quality is decent and I think they will last forever.

Not relaxed; think skinny jeans.
I bought these and was so excited for them to arrive. They were back ordered and it took over a month for arrival. But when they finally got here I was disappointed bc they fit very snuggly. They are tight through the calf, thighs and hips. Now, they have material woven in with denim (bean flex I guess) that makes them stretchy so they move ok but I don’t like jeans stuck to my body. I was not a fan of skinny jeans and thought getting “relaxed” style would mean there would be room to move in them. Not so.
So I am returning the pair I bought.

Great fit!
I am very happy with my new LLBean jeans. They fit perfectly and the petite rise/length is exactly right. There’s just enough stretch to move freely without bagging over time. I haven’t washed them yet but I don’t anticipate any issues; all of my LLBean clothes wash and dry well if the instructions are followed.
