Does the Job
I gifted one of these mats to my mother years ago, so I knew it worked. I ordered this one when older blind dog was becoming messy with her water bowl. It keeps her bowl from sliding around and absorbs any spills.

I use this for the food bowls for my dog and cat. I used to have a thin flimsy one that would end up all over the place. This one stays put since it’s thicker so they can’t flip it over or move it much. I got the blue color and in person it’s a bluish gray tone. The price is very good for the quality. Don’t settle for the cheap useless ones. Get this durable one!

Dogs and Cats love this!!!!
Our cat and dog love this water bowl mat. No mess, it sucks up any spills and stays put. I can also toss it in the washing machine. I am planning to purchase another one.
