Odd Style, Odd Colors
I buy one of these every year to wear as a sweater or a layer under a jacket. Last year the styling was different but doable. This year I ordered my usual size medium and I had to check twice to be sure I hadn't been sent a men's jacket. It's big through the body, several inches too long (I'm 5'8") and extremely wide across the bottom. Pulling the elastic toggles only makes the hemline poof out. Also, the shadow green is unlike any color I've ever seen. It's a muddy, dreary gray-green. Truly disappointed and am sending this back.

Attractive jacket with tapered flattering fit
This jacket is just what I need for the activities and travel I enjoy. It folds down compactly and fits in my carryon easily. The angular construction pattern is slimming and attractive.
The length of the jacket in the rear is a little longer such that allows for some protection while sitting. The size I ordered gives me the option to wear a sweater underneath. Overall pleased with the quality and construction of this jacket. Would buy again.

Light weight, warm and great for travel!
Great lightweight down jacket. I purchased the light green, very nice color, so good for travel because it folds into its own pocket. This jacket keeps you nice and warm for being so light weight.

Liked it but could be better
This is a great travel jacket, packs easily, and is quite warm. That said, it sheds feathers on the inside. White writing across the chest saying LL Bean screams the brand name—a contrasting color, say, light blue, would be preferable

Functional, but not a flattering fit at all.
I bought it in the green color. It is very, very warm and very packable. But, it is a weird fit. i can't figure out if it's too long or too short, but it fits weirdly in the hips. There's nothing flattering about the fit - to me, it fits more like a men's coat - kind of straight and shapeless.
