Nice jacket!
I really like the jacket overall. Easily packs smaller into itself which is nice. I do agree with another review that the Velcro over the zipper can be a pain (sticks together very easily) unless you REALLY NEED to keep it closed in a heavier rain.

Womens Trail Model Rain Jacket
I bought this at the Cranston, RI store several months ago
It may be rain resistant but it feels damp inside when it has been rained on
no matter how light the rain
If it is cold outside and rainy, the dampness on the inside of the jacket is now cold and damp. I asked a friend who was with me to touch the inside of the jacket after a rain to see if she thought it felt damp, and she confirmed that it did.
I would not recommend this jacket. It fits well, and looks great, is very light but feels uncomfortable when it rains. It is also difficult to get stains out of the fabric

Good jacket unless it’s raining
The jacket has a nice fit with tapered waist and Velcro closures at the wrist and an ample hood. It’s lightweight and packable, taking up little space in my suitcase. I bought it for traveling.
Unfortunately it wasn’t truly waterproof and I got damp in a light rain with windy conditions.

Very lightweight
Very lightweight. Actually lighter than I expected. The zipper does not seem to be of very high quality. Overall not the quality I expected from LL Bean. Time will tell. The fit was good. Sleeves were a little long but that is typical for me. Wore in a light rain and it kept me dry.
