Damaging clothing items
I own several LL Bean jackets and was looking to replace older one. I do not like the Velcro that is used on these jackets. I have many items of clothing that have been damaged with this consistent use of this material. Cashmere sweaters have been pulled, silk blouses have been snagged. I have purchased another brand that uses snaps instead of damaging Velcro. Please try it on your items!!

Very fitted style
The navy is a lovely color, but the fabric is quite thin and plastic feeling. It is also very fitted; the extra large is more like a large. I hope it is really rainproof. Time will tell if it stands up to wear.

Nice packable rain jacket
Bought this for a trip to Italy. Ended up wearing it at home on the beach for a concert and it rained. It packed nicely in the sand chair storage. I stayed dry including my hair. Hood is a nice option. Fit was good. Arms a little long. I am 5’2 and went with a small. Chose the light blue. Beautiful color.
