Versatility - many types of weather are tamed.
This is my second one of these jackets. I love their versatily - if it is raining but not cold, then I wear just this jacket. If it is colder, then I layer and put this coat on top. It is a great windbreaker, as well as a terrific rain jacket. I will be ordering another one in a different color. Thank you for the quality that you have put into this jacket - typical L.L. Bean.

Great jacket but runs a little small
This is a very well- made jacket. The color is true to the picture. It keeps me dry without being too warm. My only issue is that it runs a little small. It is the same size and style as my other LL Bean rainjacket, but this one is a little tighter.

Waterproofing did not last
Purchased this over a year ago for my daughter. It was used minimally for a year and a half and it now soaks through in the rain!

Not like the previous models
This is not my first Trail Model jacket, but somewhere along the way the fit became "slightly fitted". It may be more than that - I tried it on over my pajamas and it was uncomfortable,
I like to wear a sweater under my rain gear in the PNW - this jacket does not work, unfortunately.

Trail model rain jacket.
I really like this rain jacket. It does keep me dry and the fit is roomy without bulkiness. It has a sleek charming look when worn. The green/teal color is also pretty and easy on the eyes, ot harsh.
