I have the 7’6” 4wt. I’m fairly new to fly fishing but have a few different length and wt rods that I use. This is my #1 go-to and really fun to fish. Light weight for those long days of fishing and hiking, casts far and accurate. It has a really nice action for roll casting and regular casting. Excels with dry flies but I have used nymphs and streamers without much drop in performance. I can roll casting 20 -30’ no problem with it and that’s the length most places I fish so it’s perfect. Have caught about 40 fish… trout, bass and perch on it (from tiny to respectable size). Highly recommend!!

I bought this as my first fly rod. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with it. The 7’6” 4wt is perfect for East Coast/Western NC fishing. No welded loop on the line but that’s okay. The rod case is surprisingly nice.
