Not a rain coat.
I bought this as a true rain coat, but found that rain penetrated the outer fabric after 20 minutes of being in a rain situation.

Nice light weight rain jacket but kind of short
I bought the XL Tall. It's a nice light weight rain jacket. But the sleeves are not very long for a tall size. I'm 6'5" and they are fine if I'm just standing still with my arms at my sides but if I'm moving around or if I reach for anything, like my handle bars on my bicycle, they ride up a lot.
