Kept me warm, but……..
I actually really liked the warmth & weight of this coat. However there were a few things I just couldn’t accept. First - the zipper & this was the deciding factor on returning the coat. I’ve had 2-way zippers my entire adult life & I’ve never had a zipper constantly get stuck/caught on fabric. It was a constant hassle to zip up & down EVERY single time I wore it. It never zipped smoothly. Next the pockets- way too shallow. You can’t even get an iPhone in there. I prefer a large patch pocket & saw these were different but had I known they were so shallow I never would’ve purchased the coat. Lastly, which had the previous two items not been an issue I’d still have kept the coat, but feathers were constantly popping out of the coat. We’ve had below zero temps in northern MI & it kept me warm. It’s unfortunate about the zipper

Perfect to keep you warm
So warm and fits perfect. My only complaint is the button detachment on the hood comes off easily if it’s resting on a chair in my office and I sit down. Perfect for frigid New England weather and long chilly walks with the dog

Warm coat
I bought this coat on line a few months ago. It is very warm. Hood is adjustable with ties. Pockets are side slash , not very deep but have inner zippered pockets for valuables. Ordered a small petite. I usually take a medium petite for anything going over my hips. The coat fit very well with room for layering. I loved the fact that you can shape the waist. Sleeves seemed long until I wore it a few times and they formed the shape of my short arms. Overall very happy with purchase.

Nice jacket, plastic zipper lets it down
This coat is great for Chicago winters. I like the double pockets, draw cord waist, tougher fabric at areas of stress, and the deep hood. I expected the zipper to be made of metal, but when I received the jacket I discovered that the zipper teeth are just metal-colored plastic, which really cheapens the look and feel of the coat (the pull and snaps appear to be metal). I considered returning it but really needed a new down coat so I've decided to live with it.
