I like the insole. It's comfortable. But the shoes themselves are not well made. The part that covers the ankle comes up about an inch on one shoe but only a quarter of an inch on the other shoe. They are visibly asymmetrical, but what's more annoying is that you can feel it walking in them. The short side always collapses under the foot because it's too short to stand up straight, and it's uncomfortable to walk on. I tried stretching it out, but that didn't work. I have had these shoes for a year and get annoyed every time I put them on.

On my 3rd pair. The only slippers I’ll wear.
These are the only slippers I buy anymore! They are a little pricey so I wait til they are on sale. They are the only slippers that don’t get matted and make my feet sweat. LL BEAN- please don’t stop making these!

So large
They’re well made and would be comfortable if they fit, but they run so large. I got a size 6 and they’re both too long and too wide. They fit like I imagine a size 8 would normally fit on a size 6. My foot constantly slips out of them to the point of being dangerous. The only reason I’m keeping them is because I haven’t found a style I like better yet, but when I do, I’ll be replacing them. Glad I at least got them on sale.

The slippers are very nice but I can't wear them, my feet drag on the carpet and get hung.

Don't size up
Very comfortable slippers but I would not size up as they recommended. I am a 7.5 and bought the 8's. They are too big and my feet move around in them a lot which can be dangerous! They also stretch.
