Good overall
Purchased this bag to start off in kindergarten. Now heading into grade 3 this fall, this bag has held up remarkably well.
At the start of grade 2, I did have to put a large canvas repair patch on the inside of the main pocket along the bottom because it was wearing thin in a couple of spots. Probably no fault of the bag, little kids are not exactly known for always carrying the bag properly when parents aren't around! There is wear on the water bottle pockets, the mesh is getting "fuzzy", but they are very much still intact.
The main issues with it are the straps are incredibly stiff, and not comfortable for carrying for long periods of time such as on a field trip. Also, the water bottle pockets are too short so they can never be used for a regular 24oz bottle, it just falls out.
I wish they made the Comfort Carry series in other colours that aren't just plain and dark. Little kids need a ton of stuff at school, please expand your print and colour selection!

I'm a 4xl person and this backpack fits me well. The weight distribution is great. Even if I have a full 30 oz water bottle in the side pocket, it doesn't feel off balance. Great bag with lots of room.

Practical bag in fun colors - not just for kids.
Nice functional bag. The tie dye colors are fun. I have the original size I use for all my stuff when watching kids sports but I like the larger one when I want to take a camera along.
