Improved features - same quality - 30 years later
My husband needed a new “personal item” to carry necessary items on a cross-country plane trip that included a family wedding and a trip to Yosemite. I was already using our 30-year-old Deluxe Bookpack for my personal item. We decided to order him a new one. We found it to be the same quality with new improved features such as two outside pockets for water bottles and an interior pocket for his laptop. It was great on the trip and it’s already packed for a day hike tomorrow now that we’re back home.

I Love LL Bean backpacks. The quality is amazing. My kids have been using the same bag for multiple school years and they still going strong. Starting to show some wear now after 6 school years. I have purchased 4 bags in total, I only had to buy new ones because they needed a bigger bag, but we still have the other ones and use those as small travel bags. If you want a bag that is going to last forever, I Highly recommended these bags.
