Sizing has become unpredictable
I have recently purchased a number of tops from LL Bean with very mixed results. This one I returned because it does not fit. I have more than 15 other LL Bean long sleeve, short sleeve, 3/4 sleeve tops in my closet. Purchase dates span the last 10 or 12 years. They don't say they don't shed. They're incredibly good quality and they ey are all the same size. They all fit the same way. However, over the last couple of years, sizing has become very unpredictable. I purchased two turtlenecks and a cowl neck tunic this fall and they are sizing of the past. I returned because it did not fit. It was too large and I was also uncertain about the quality and durability of the fabric. By changing the country in which these items are made, they are also being made by the sizing standards of those countries. Made in Maine no longer applies. Very disappointing.

Nice looking shirt
I haven't worn it more than trying it on, since it's the dead of winter for me. I like the fit, I like the color and I believe it will wash and wear well. It is Pima Cotton, which has a good reputation. Not having much experience with Pima Cotton, I was surprised at the feel/texture. It is very smooth and feels more like a performance/wicking material than a soft cottony material. I still like it, but I was expecting it to feel more like a high end t shirt. That said, I think it will last and not fade.
