Bostonian here - I bought this jacket to fill the gap between lighter Fall wear and my puffer for the coldest days. I've been so happy with how light weight, warm, versatile and comfortable it is. With a sweater or fleece underneath, I can wear it for most days, even while out walking. The fit is generous but flattering, allowing for comfortable layering or not. The very generous inside zip pocket makes me happy; it easily holds my wallet, keys, etc. so I don't have to lug a bag while walking or running errands. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Great Purchase!
One of my best purchases of all time! Just took it to Europe last week and was comfortable in damp, sometimes drizzly 40 degree weather. Perfect anywhere for the “in between” weather before it’s cold enough for the Down coat. I’m usually a medium, but sized up to be able to layer.

The best ever jacket!
This jacket is windproof, waterproof, insulated and warm. This is a great winter jacket, and also good on windy or rainy days in the fall and spring. It is long enough to cover the upper portion of my thighs. It looks good even with multiple layers underneath. Highly recommended.
