But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Soft - Cozy - Ligther weight
Soft, cozy bright colors. Sturdy zipper sewn with metal tab along with a nice leather pull tab. The hood is a nice design with thick rope pulls. Deep pockets hold a lot of tissue. Keys and phone . I have three fun colors to brighten up dark winter days. The XL gives me extra length in the body and the sleeves. Not boxy at all. The shirt tail is a nice soft curve look. The care label is perfect. I always cold water wash my items. Low tumble dry finish line drying.

Greatest Idea since sliced bread
LOVE the weight and quality of this flannel .its launders well and holds its shape , elevated compared to what’s out in the market that looks like rumple town after you wear a year.
Would that you made this in a solid color as well ? Same weight NOTchamlis weight but flannel weight. In black , a darker “ barn red ( not fire engine ) , a deep navy blue or grey Heather….. also consider small gingham check black/white or red/black ? It’s warm in the house and the zipper is a game changer for those of us with shoulder issues. More contemporary.
