This quilted sweatshirt is soft, comfortable and provides moderate warmth. I prefer to layer, so I went with a size small. The XS would probably have looked more tailored, but I can't imagine being able to comfortably wear a t-shirt underneath. Having said that, I found the waist on the size small to be too large, so it looks a little sloppy. I usually end up tucking the front of the sweatshirt into my pant waistband to look a bit more polished. I had originally thought to purchase two of these, but I'm kind of glad I stopped with one...the in-between size issue for me prevents me from giving this 5 stars.

Comfy but tears easily
I got this sweatshirt for Christmas and it’s SO comfortable. It’s the perfect weight for me for everyday wear, but only a week after getting it, it got snagged and tore 2 holes in the quilted area. The sleeves hold up just fine, but the quilted area has a very thin fabric layer which seems to tear easily. Normal knit fabrics can “heal” themselves after a minor snag, but the quilted fabric is just too weak and rips.
