Warm and pockets
This nightgown is soft, warm and cuddly. The pockets are a big plus. However, I do miss the full collar that my older version has, which keeps my neck warm. It is generously cut.

Pockets???
I ordered a 2x and it runs very large. The nightgown is very long and the sleeves are also long. The material is very soft and not the usual heavy flannel. The plaid is a deep red and black. The nightgown has pockets??? Who needs pockets in a nightgown?

Not as good as it used to be
I purchased this in a different color several years ago, and I really loved it. I decided to purchase it again, but this time the weight of the flannel fabric is clearly much lighter. This means it is less warm and less durable. The price is probably the same as before or a few dollars higher.

nice but..
I like this gown and I wear it. However, the quality of the flannel is not up to LLB's standards. It is flimsy -- you can see through the weave. And it pills. Bean's men's flannel shirts are not the same flannel -- I've often bought them for my husband and they're fine.

Order regular when petite is sold out
Ordered Regular since Petite was sold out-not a bad thing when it meant extra flannel for the same price to keep you warm! I am 5'2" and length was to my ankles. Side pockets were an unexpected bonus. Quality means it will last for years.

Good quality
Lovely quality flannel and attention to detail in the design. Great to have pockets! Fit is definitely more generous than measurements suggest so I probably should have ordered a size down but still very happy - it’s incredibly difficult to find full length plaid nightgowns now!!
