Worth it. Be careful with the dryer.
I bought these to travel in -- they can pass as pants but feel a lot like sweatpants, so OK to sit for many hours on a plane and not look like a total slob when you get there. Two notes: 1) I agree about the pockets -- LLB, spend another fifty cents and give us pockets deep enough to hold a cell phone. 2) Unless you have a very low temperature dryer, you may want to dry these on a rack. My first pair were size small and they fit very well until they were washed and then dried on "delicate", at which point they got shorter and tighter. I can still wear them, but not for a long plane trip. I now have a pair of the mediums. They are a little baggy in the "hips" but I'm on the skinny side, and these are more comfortable for traveling.

Great fabric, bad construction/fit
I bought these for the wam fleece lining and cotton shell. The fit size large was loose (I wear a 12) but the problem was the cut of the leg through the thigh. It was not straight so there was a bulge of material half way down the thigh. I returned the pants.
