Fail - Too Small
I expected this to store about the same amount as a regular Bean tote, but it doesn't. The opening of the bag is too small to easily add items, the base of the bag is too narrow to allow a Whole Foods box from the food bar to lie flat; it has to go in and stay on its side. The outside pouch isn't deep enough to be useful. Never been so disappointed in a Bean product!

Perfect for road trips
This is a wonderful, heavy duty bag, sturdy as can be with enough room to hold food, wine bottles or thermos (upright or lying down) picnic supplies (plates) and ice packs. My only complaint would be to make the outside pocket larger - it’s too small for utensils and napkins, it’s not really very useful.

A wonderful insulated tote bag
I love this tote bag for grocery shopping to keep fresh fish and ice cream cold. I add an ice pack to the tote as well. The insulated tote is beautiful and well constructed with rugged materials. Made in Maine is a plus as well.

Multi-purpose tote
