I HAVE PURCHASED LLBEAN THROWS SINCE 1996. THE PLUSH THROW IS THE BEST. IT IS LIGHT. HOWEVER, IT KEEPS YOU REALLY WARM. I HAVE THE EXTRA LARGE THROW. IT CAN GO CLEAR TO THE SHOLDERS. ANOTHER WAY TO USE IT AS AN EXTRA BLANKET ON THE BED. AN EXCELLENT GIFT, TOO.

First one is great; second appears the same so far
Last year I ordered the Bayside Blue Heather throw to put over the seat and arms of a coincidentally matching new recliner so I could wash the throw if the dog-child, who sheds, claimed the chair. She didn't, but I've left it on the chair and sit on it everyday, sometimes pulling the sides over my lap for warmth. It's soft and cozy and I love the heathered blue. I like it so well I ordered a spare while the color was still available and washed and dried them both on cool gentle. I could hardly tell the new one from the old one! Unlike some reviewers, I've experienced no shedding and the first throw has lasted very well even with the daily wear it has gotten for many months. I hope the new one will be as good when it's time to use it. ........ For normal use these are lightweight throws, so very soft, and cozy with moderate warmth. The plush has a little depth to it. They are nicely hemmed on all four sides. I love these throws.

I gave this throw as a gift to my niece last April 2023.
Saw her again last Thanksgiving…so I told her, I was gonna get her son the same throw in blue. She apologized and asked me not to… because her mountain red throw I gave her in 2023 fell apart and pilled after washing. Could it be the batch of red color? Other color I ordered no problem so far. I had to order a different color to make up for the throw she got from 2023. So embarrased and disappointed.
