As always the flannel pajamas bottoms are soft, and the sizing is on mark. I love big pajama bottoms so I ordered X Large and I am 5 ft 7 147 lbs. Yes I could have fit in large but they last for 3 or more years and that is washing them twice a week. So when you wash things that much they eventually shrink about one size. Love them

Women's Flannel Sleep Pants: Light Mauve Plaid
While these may be 100% cotton, they are not flannel. No nap whatever, thin and stiff. I have owned many LL Bean flannel sleep pants. Very disappointed in LL Bean.
