Returned due to wide arms
If the arms had been narrower, I would have kept this sweater. Wool was excellent quality and brown was an attractive medium/ light shade.

Amazing quality
I can see myself wearing this for many years. Looks classy and timeless, incredibly warm and well made. My only gripe is that it's a bit too long and snug in my usual size which is slightly unflattering as a shorter girl.

Nothing Special
Red chestnut is a faded, boring color. Collar is medium brown. Less contrasting than photo. Ordered a large to be able to layer. Normally wear medium. 5’6” - 135 lbs. Sizing seems accurate. Disappointed in no pockets. Quality zipper. Flattering neckline. Fabric substantial and will be warm which is what I need. Definitely need a base layer for comfort as item is not real soft or cozy.

going for a second!
I wanted a new merino wool sweater last year and picked this one out. It is so warm and comfortable. I am often cold and this satifies my body heat. I have a dog and four cats so I need something that doesn't not pull everytime one of the pets jumps up. No problem. I wear it in the house, with a jacket or a vest and all is fine. It is soft and what can I say, I am ordering another this year. I am 5ft 5 inches and just shy of 120 pounds.

I agree that microsuede collar stains shirts
The brown microsuede collar bleeds brown onto shirts and tees I wear under it. The stains are dark, obvious and noticeable and hard to get them out, even with stain removers. This is outrageous and this otherwise wonderful sweater is unwearable.

Versatile and warm!
I am a farmer and bought this to keep me warm when I put out hay for my cattle. The zipper is perfect and the strings from the hay don't get tangled. Also took this on a river cruise through eastern Europe and wow it was perfect. The weather there was windy and damp but this sweater was a workhorse. Loved it so much got one for my hubby and he loves his too! I am 5'7" and around 160, the XL was perfect.
