While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 91% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). I have been buying LL Bean’s jeans for years, but it appears there is a new supplier. The jeans are baggy in the front crotch area. I had always purchased #73142 Skinny Jeans, but these are not equal to the original product 😠

Great fit
I have a couple of several of jeans in different color washes — washed indigo and black. I used to wear slim fit but with the trend toward wider pant legs this was what I settled on as best for my 5’3” figure. I love the fit! They are very comfortable and I will be buying more. They wear and wash well. I had to go up a size in the black wash.

Perfect Fit
I love the fit of these pants. I have never spent more than $35 on jeans because of the discount shopping I usually do. For me, they would have to be a really good fit and feel to spend more than twice as much. Well, I am sold. I'm 5'1, 135lbs, so the petite 8 was an exact fit. Not noticeably stretchy so they kept their shape better and stayed at my waist instead of me tugging up the sides every time I leaned over. I will definitely purchase more pants from LL Bean, it is worth the value.

Perhaps this is excessive but l have six pair of these no nonsense LLBean jeans. They never wear out and the bottom of the legs never curl and remain perfectly flat.
