While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). Best and Favorite!
my best jeans. The classic waist is high enough so that it is above the scoliois in my lower back and thus prevents back pain. I like the straight leg. These jeans look good and I wear them when teaching art in public school.. and because they are so well made they pass dress codes. And they wash up well, lasting for years.

I was very disappointed in these..
Didn’t prewash them.. and wore them and fit was good.. BUT I wondered WHY my hands turned blue as I was adjusting them.. only to discover that they were “bleeding” a bluish color and it was staining my hands ! So I finally took them off and soaked them in my laundry sink and the blue dye that came out was incredible.. soaked them all afternoon and filled laundry sink up again and soaked them and just a little came out so today I am washing them and hoping they will be fine after this but NEVER expected this to be a problem… never!

Runs small
I gave this two stars because the quality of the jeans was nice. The problem was that they were to small. I ordered the same size that I currently wear in 3 other brands and the LL Bean jeans were way to small. I was about three inches short of being able to button and zip them.

Keep getting shorter
These have been my go to jeans. I love them. And the waist, hips and thighs really do keep their shape. That said, over the past year or so, the three pair I own have one fatal flaw, they keep getting shorter. What started out as a perfect length are now showing my socks. I am 5'6" so I've never needed long cut pants. I NEVER dry my jeans in a machine, only hang dry. And we wash all our loads on cold. Its super disappointing. Jeans are an investment and I now have 5 pairs of these jeans because they seemed perfect, but now... I am not sure you can get more than a year out of them. They still work for summer, but who wants a gap between your shoe and pant in frigid winters?
