Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.

Great Fit
I have worn the mid-rise jeans for as long as I can remember. These high rise jeans are great . . at 76, I think I have aged out of the mid-rise.

Odd leg seam
The jeans fit well and look good but the inside seam on the right leg keeps shifting forward and I have to keep putting it back where it belongs. I don’t think it is noticeable to others and it’s only uncomfortable when climbing stairs. It’s an odd thing and I wish I had discovered this before I hemmed them. I would still buy another pair as I believe this was just a fluke.

Fit perfectly, and the waistband is snug but not too tight at my waist. A little stretch makes them comfortable, sitting standing, and walking.

Finally, my second purchase of these jeans, and it fits! Bean has had some funky fit problems within same styles in the past but these are great…exactly as expected. Thanks for a good pair of jeans at a reasonable price.

As expected from LL Bean, the jeans are well made. My favorit Beaan jeans don't come in black but these are a good substitute. Can be casual or dressed up a bit.

Disappointed
Fabric content not same as Double L. Not heavy duty. Need belt. Prefer jeans that when you walk stay where they are instead of dropping and constantly pulling up. Need heavy duty for work and comfort.
