While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). Great quality but fit is way off for me.
I got these jeans in Black, size 16, my regular size in jeans. The fabric felt very nice but the fit was awful. I cannot wear them and sent them back. The waist was much too tight and the hips and thighs were much too big! I have no idea who is shaped like this. The length of the Medium Tall was right for me, but that was it. I bought LL Bean linen pants last season and they fit much better, though there was still plenty of extra fabric in the thighs. I guess I won't be ordering any more LL Bean jeans, since they are too small and too large at the same time.

Quality, comfortable jeans
I’m 70 and I’ve worn mid rise for years, but the high rise in these jeans just feels better. I’m 5’8” thanks to osteoporosis. ( used to be 5’9”and a 1/2”.
Due to fluctuating weight, (Today, I’m 158.) I ordered a 14 and a 16. The 16 is too big but somedays I just want loose pants! I kept both pairs.
It’s a good, comfortable, quality jean. I’m all about how a fabric feels. I’d ordered black ones in years past. The dye in those made the fabric stiff. There’s enough stretch in these for comfort and the fabric is comfortable.
The majority of my clothes comes from LLbean ( Pima cotton tops and jeans), Duluth trading (hiking pants and skorts) Loft, when I want a pretty top.

Can I tell you how long I've searched for a pair of jeans that (1) fit; (2) feel comfortable; (3) look good; (4) wear well; (5) etc. These are perfect -- and I ordered 2 more immediately. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Love the jeans! They fit well and last a long time. I’ve had a pair long enough that the only hole is the right knee, the one I bend with. But now I’m in style with a hole lol
