I love this dress! Yes, it’s a little less formal fitting. Yes, the tie belt is stupid and you must replace it with something leather of your choosing, but it’s a wonderful, soft, perfect with boots dress and I’ve received many compliments on it already. Make more patterns and I’ll buy another!

A lot to love about the flannel dress
I love the color & fabric of this dress. And it has pockets! However, as other reviewers have mentioned it runs large--very large. I'm 5'6" & 130 lbs, usually wear a medium & sometimes small. The small is too big for me! The only other thing I would change is to have a straight hem rather than shirt-tail.
