Shoe can"t be broken in properly Too stiff
Over the years have been a L L Bean loyal customer since the store was above the post office. In my opinion and that of some other folks that I know, the more necessary outsourcing results in the lack of quality control. We feel that the quality of many products has been going downhill. These Mocs are so stiff that they are not pleasant to walk around in. Will not ever be broken in like a good quality shoe with properly processed leather .. Size was correct. Color was correct. Summary. Leather as stiff as a board that even Casco Bay salt water will not soften up

Great shoe for great price
I was looking for comfortable and dressy slip on loafers. These shoes are well constructed, look great, versatile, and were very comfortable. I bought them just before a cruise and was concerned they might take a long time to wear in but they were instant favorites within a day or two of purchase.
