Comfortable and good traction, but too warm
I bought these a few months ago for a hiking trip, broke them in with several walks, and while they are comfortable, they feel bulky on my feet and are very warm. Traction is good. I will continue to wear them on cold weather hikes, but can’t use them in the warmer weather.

Poor sizing
Similar to another pair of shoes I bought from llbean, these are made in Vietnam and very narrow. I returned them for a wider shoe (a width I need with no other kinds of shoes) to have them too high on the sides making them rub on my ankle bones. They were also returned.

Great Low Hiker
These run large..I normally take a 9 wide and ended up with an 8 1/2 wide. Great tread and sturdy sole.

Great Quality But Too Heavy For Me
This shoe is a great quality, but it was simply too heavy for me due to my large shoe size and orthotics. Most other buyers will have a smaller shoe size and will be satisfied with it.

Nice hiking shoes!
These shoes are great looking! They are also very structurally sound. My only complaint is the length of time it is taking to break them in and truly make them comfortable. I wear them almost every day-around the house and yard, walks, and this past Sunday to the city to watch the Pittsburgh Pirate baseball game. They are still very stiff. I’ll keep at it! They are great looking shoes!
