Great pants... Too pricey now.
I've really enjoyed my Bean-Flex jeans. I have multiple pairs now in a variety of colors. Very comfortable, stretchy without being "stretch pants". Much more subtle. Only 2 problems. The pockets tend to pucker a bit too much after washing - so they look a bit saggy. It feels like it was a little sloppy in the making- not stiff enough. It's more subtle than my description and one of the reasons I didn't go all 5 stars. The second reason I knocked a star off -price increases. I paid $79 for my previous pairs - LATE last year. Months later - $89. More than a 10% increase in a few months. Ouch. Won't be adding to my collection as I barely could justify this as a value. Shame.

Great fit but….
I bought a pair of Athletic fit as the Classic fit that my wife bought for me was very slim & tight on my legs. The Athletic fit is a bit more loose, but overall the jeans are a snug fit, but not unpleasantly so. The issue lies that when the zipper is pulled down, the jeans often become unbuttoned causing the need to undo your belt & refasten the pants. It’s not necessarily something you are looking to do in a public restroom.

Great Length
Great fitting jeans especially the length. I am 5’8 and 170 pounds. My jeans are always too long. The inseam on these jeans are a 28 with a 35 inch waist. Thank you L L Bean for making a 28 inseam.

Poor fit
These are not the same jeans I bought back in 2022. They are the most uncomfortable jeans I’ve ever owned. Not sure what they changed but these are terrible. This seems to be a common complaint as I see several others are having the same problem. Btw this is the first time I’ve ever left a review for anything.
