Great coat but too sturdy for spring/summer rains
Purchased this coat as a spring rain coat but find it is a bit too stiff and sturdy. I do NOT plan on returning it because I think it will make a great outer shell for winter sports and the orange/pink color is fabulous. I'm sure the coat will be great come the fall and winter but will be looking for another, lighter waterproof coat for spring and summer showers....

(From wife) I love this jacket. It has a beautiful color (lavender) and I really like how lightweight it is, while still retaining heat and blocking wind. The material is a little noisy when you move.

Perfect for Iceland
Heavyweight raincoat that performed perfectly at Icelandic waterfalls and also served as a good coat over my lightweight puffer coat to keep the notoriously brisk Icelandic wind at bay.

Glad I found this outer layer.
Comfortable, roomy, and the hood sits where I want it, unlike most rain jackets. I worried that the sleeves were too long, but on an outing yesterday in the rain, I was glad for the extra length. I especially like that it is long enough in the back to reach the top of my thighs. I'm 5'2, 118 lbs, and the Small Regular fits right, with room for layers underneath. Also, I was happy to have the underarm vents when the day got warm.

Best Rain Jacket Ever
I have worn this rain jacket several times, and love it. The color is beautiful. It is definitely water repellent and has a hood that I could adjust to fit my head perfectly. It also has a brim on the hood that keeps it from dropping into my eyes. The sleeves have Velcro closures. The back and front come down to the top of my thighs, providing great coverage in the rain. It has an outside pocket on the chest and I just discovered another one inside. I am in love with this jacket and am extremely pleased with it.

Odd sizing
Waterproof but odd sizing. I'm normally a size 6 in tops and got the small. It's big enough to put a fleece under and still have a lot of room. Could do a a heavy sweater and fleece and still be fine. The issue is with the sleeves. They're very long for me and the sleeve opening is comically big. I have the Velcro completely cinched. Color is cute though and this was one of the less expensive goretex jackets on the market so I figured I'd keep it.
