Defective goods
Thanks for asking. The jeans I bought had a belt loop missing. A few months ago I bought pair of cargo pants. One of the belt loops was only attached at one end. It would seem that quality control has slipped considerably compared to earlier purchases.

Good exchange
I had a good experience returning for exchange a pair of jeans that did not fit right. The only thing I thought needed improvement was not getting an email confirming receipt ofd the jean to be exchanged and further no email confirming shipment of the new jeans.
