Sizing is all wrong
For some reason LL Bean sizes their belts wrong, and in a way I've never seen anywhere else. I have a 33/34 waist, LL Bean's sizing chart said I should get a 34-inch belt, that's what I ordered and received...but that's NOT the waist size of the belt; it's the total length of the belt. I'm guessing that what I actually need is probably a 37 or 38. But I won't be buying clothing based on nothing more than a sizing guess. Returning the two belts I bought. Lesson learned.

Good belt, size too long
Purchased 38" belt, needed to be in 4th hole. Purchased 36" and it is in 2nd hole...good fit...but my waist and pants are 38" and have been for years. If 38, buy a 36!!
